VJTI, Mumbai [established in 1887] is renowned for its rich legacy and excellence in engineering. We, the Community of Coders – the premier coding club at Veermata Jijabai Technological Institute (VJTI), Mumbai are organizing a state-level 24-hour inter-college hackathon on April 4th & 5th, 2025. The event is expected to feature 60 teams and 350+ attendees from across the region.

Aaditya PadteI'm Aaditya Padte, a third-year B.Tech student at VJTI, pursuing Computer Engineering. I am a core member of the blockchain team at VJTI's coding community, Community of Coders (CoC). As a member of CoC, I have conducted several workshops on Git-GitHub, Solidity, and other technologies, while also mentoring juniors in building projects.
Recently, we organized CodeVerse, an intra-college event featuring multiple coding competitions. Moving forward, we aspire to host a large-scale hackathon.
CoC has significantly shaped the coding culture at VJTI by organizing hackathons and coding contests such as CodeTracks, CodeStart, and CodeScape, in collaboration with TPO VJTI. The community has played a pivotal role in strengthening Competitive Programming (CP) and Data Structures & Algorithms (DSA) at VJTI, conducting tailored workshops for different academic years to ensure a structured and comprehensive learning experience.
